Re: william f. crosby designs i had wf.crosby mallard design for about 8 years. 21 on deck; great little boat. i made a few change when i rebuilt her (cal 20 keel & a bowsprit),which stiffened her and gave her more room below.. The designer was editor at the time. specifications are controlled by national one design racing association, which owns the design. boats in various stages of completion, parts, and original plans for wood construction are available through the national one-design racing association . through them. use of one trapeze permitting for class racing..
