converting aluminum boat to center console

I prefer a tiller on smaller narrower boats under 14' long or under 48" wide.when i'm alone,i agree,a small rear center console would be great.it would also be more comfy.i tend to go farther out to fish when i am alone.i guess i just like to enjoy the solitude a little longer.seems like i am always around people,not that that's a bad thing,but a man needs a little time to himself.. That side console is two pieces, top is fiberglass, bottom is carpeted aluminum. and you can see the bench seat arrangement. thos seats and console are very low. i boat every day i can, whihc is a lot, and it is very uncomfortable for a big guy like me to get up out of the seat all the time because you are practically on the floor, i am 6'1..

I would like to convert this side console boat into a center console fishing boat. do the cables run under the floor? my thought was to put a pedestal seat in front and rear, (maybe a casting box), and then a few other seats. the lakes around me are 9.9 max, so i have to consider my weight too. i attached a photo of the boat. any thoughts?.
